What it does
SimpleWhen you find a channel you like, you can save it here with a name — just like saving a friend's number in a phone's contacts. Next time you just tap the name instead of typing the number again.
Over time you build your own little directory of the interesting frequencies near you, so you never lose a good find.
How it works
SimpleEach entry is a little note: a name plus a frequency (and sometimes the type of signal). The app keeps these notes in a file on the memory card, so they survive when you turn the device off, and any app can look them up.
How to use it, step by step
Simple- Open 'Frequency Manager'.
- Add a frequency and give it a name.
- Organise them into groups if you like.
- Later, open it in another app to jump right there.
Examples
Build a list of local FM, airband, and ISM frequencies you revisit often.
Save every active channel Recon stops on so nothing gets lost.
Pre-load frequencies for a place you're visiting so they're ready when you arrive.
Tips & things to try
- Save the modulation with each entry so a recalled channel is ready to listen instantly.
- It's the memory that ties survey → listen → decode together.
- Because it's on the SD card, your list survives power-offs and moves between devices.
