What it does
SimpleAntennas work best when they're the right length for the channel you're using. Type in a frequency and this tool tells you how long to cut a wire antenna — super handy when you build your own.
How it works
SimpleIt uses the speed of radio waves and your frequency to work out the wavelength, then gives you a fraction of it to cut.
How to use it, step by step
Simple- Open the antenna calculator.
- Type your frequency.
- Read the length to cut.

Tips & things to try
- Cut slightly long and trim — you can shorten but not lengthen a whip.
