What it does

Simple

Morse code is a secret-sounding language made of short beeps (dots) and long beeps (dashes). Each letter has its own little pattern — for example, three dots is 'S' and three dashes is 'O', which together spell the famous 'SOS'.

This app listens to the beeps and turns them into normal letters on the screen, so you can read what the beeps are saying without having to memorise the whole code yourself.

How it works

Simple

A dot is a short beep and a dash is a beep three times longer. The gaps matter too: a small gap separates letters, a bigger gap separates words. The app measures how long each beep and each silence lasts, figures out which are dots, dashes, and gaps, and looks up the letter for each pattern.
